The property was spotlessly clean and staff was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the queen suite exactly as in the photos and the way it was setup. I had a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron.

had exceptionally nice location near the airport, very close to fontanellas park. we booked well-equipped and comfy queen suite exactly as in the photos and could use wake-up service, available in it. the room had central heating, iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The venue was charming, small, and really modern. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. the location was magnificent, very close to the beachfront, the old town, and the airport. I got a complimentary cozy queen suite, exactly as in the photos, as an upgrade. the atmosphere created was cozy.

The rooms are comfy and generally offer a microwave, air conditioner, and an individual safe. the staff are excellent and amiable. the atmosphere is special.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing. The apartment was exquisite and the service was top-notch. The food and drinks were of high quality and the staff provided excellent service. The location was perfect, being close to the beach and situated on a lively street. it was a brilliant ending to our Christmas holiday.

The swimming pool was quite small and there were no drinks available in the relaxation area next to the pool. This meant that not many people went up there during the day, which was a shame as it was a great space.

had an amazing time at the beachfront Hype Beachhouse! The room was awesome, exactly as promised. Loved the location and 5-star service. Mola restaurant is a must-visit. This place exceeded my expectations!

The Hype Beachhouse offers a superb location, being so close to the beach and only a short distance to Palma city center. The spacious rooms are well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff provide excellent service and make you feel welcome. In addition, the beach house provides guests with portable sunbeds and umbrellas, perfect for a relaxing day at the beach.

The facilities could be improved to match the high price.

My go-to place in Playa de Palma. Always no regrets. Helpful staff showed me around. Has it all: Wi-Fi, Bar/ Lounge, Restaurant, Coffee shop, Pools. Coming back for Christmas!

The room was amazing with a balcony that offered a stunning view of the city. I loved sitting there and taking in the scenery. The apartment was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a kitchen. It made me feel right at home. The private bathroom was luxurious, complete with a shower, bathrobes, and slippers. I felt pampered and relaxed. The terrace also provided a great view of the city. It was a perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. Having a dishwasher in the apartment was a game-changer. It made cleaning up after meals a breeze. The sofa in the apartment was so comfortable. I could have lounged on it all day. It was so convenient to have a hairdryer provided. I didn't have to worry about bringing my own. The apartment also had a tea/coffee maker, which was a nice touch. I could enjoy a hot beverage anytime. The kitchenware provided was of high quality. Cooking was a pleasure in this well-equipped kitchen.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor a bit cold. But I understand that others might appreciate its sleekness.

That's super handy and useful! the location is superb with easy access to the old town, but away from the crowds. There are plenty of restaurants to dine out within walking distance, and supermarket and pharmacies are there too.
